The vessel was used as a working platform for a company contracted to carry out maintenance to the ‘splash zone’ of each tower. The Farm is 7 miles offshore which provided a challenge because of the tide and sea state. However, the vessel rose to the challenge and provided the necessary support to complete the contract successfully. Although the vessel was put ‘through its paces’ on this job its performance demonstrates the quality and flexibility of the Willendeavour which will serve Williams Shipping well for many years to come.
