Role Description

The role involves:

  • Day-to-day management of marine operations, ensuring efficient and safe vessel operations in line with company standards and regulations
  • Oversee ship management activities
  • Coordinate crews and resources
  • Monitor operational performance
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Regular collaboration with stakeholders and teams to optimize operational efficiency
  • Deliver top-tier services.

 

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Marine Operations and Vessel Operations
  • Skills in Operations Management with a focus on the Marine Industry
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage teams and resources effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to safety and compliance
  • Competent with Microsoft suite of software
