The Williams Shipping team will be at Stand 8000 at this year’s Multimodal event taking place between 1-3rd May at the NEC Birmingham.

Now in its eleventh year, Multimodal is the UK & Ireland’s premier freight transport, logistics and supply chain management event. Multimodal represents every logistics sector under one roof, providing a highly valued industry showcase.

Williams is a family run logistics and marine services business, operating since 1894. We provide ongoing daily support for freight forwarders, ships agents, shipping lines and oil terminals. With a fleet of specialist vehicles and equipment, all our handling staff are fully qualified for cargo shipping and export using specialist lashing systems and handling apparatus. We also have 200m of quayside storage available at our marine base in Southampton’s eastern docks, providing direct access to ships, barges and other marine vessels.

Multimodal has been a fixture in our calendar for many years as it provides us with a unique chance to meet & network with peers from every logistics sector under one roof. The show covers all modes of transportation, including sea, road, rail, air and inland waterways, making it very relevant for the diversity of our customers.

Our Logistics team will be represented on the stand by Logistics Manager Christian and operations Manager David as well as Managing Director Jonathan Williams, so you can discuss any upcoming projects or simply put a face to a name. In addition we will also have members of the Marine Services, Lubricants and Containers divisions available on the day.
