Project Moves

We are experts in dealing with project moves and specialist transport. Through careful forward planning and management, we can ensure your project is carried out safely, securely, on time, and on budget.

We will arrange any required permits and documentation, make route surveys, notify relevant authorities and arrange police or private escorts for any cargo movements involving abnormal loads. We can also provide a supervisor to manage a project from start to finish.

Our large fleet of specialist vehicles and trailers enables us to handle a wide range of projects and loads.

Project Management

Large projects often require a large network of partners including escort companies, permitting companies and mobile craneage. Williams Shipping has developed strong relationships with a number of partners around the UK to support us.

To ensure the project runs smoothly, we have excellent communication between our office and our drivers. Our vehicles are satellite tracked so that we can keep you informed of vehicle locations at all times.

Most large projects need to follow a strict loading programme. We are aware of the importance of vehicles arriving in a planned and scheduled manner. With our excellent communications and satellite tracking we can provide you a full and comprehensive service.

Marine Logistics

We can also provide a complete solution for specialist project cargoes. With a marine fleet of flat top barges and coastal tugs we can collect and deliver project cargoes across Europe.
