Williams Shipping offers fully funded maritime apprenticeships. The crewmember apprenticeship gives the opportunity to start a career working on water with amazing prospects. You will gain international qualifications and a skillset built for the future working in the maritime sector.

Delivered in partnership with the Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) this 2 year programme is designed to give the apprentice all the skills, knowledge and behaviours to work in the rapidly expanding and exciting workboat sector.
