Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the role include:
– Providing internal support to our sales and hire teams.
– Overseeing servicing of our hire fleet of containers and site accommodation.
– Providing first line customer support to our hire customers when issues arise or containers and site accommodation units require attention.
– Maintaining our inventory systems to ensure accurate status of our fleet in our depots around the UK.
– Ensuring our hire fleet rental cycle is being completed both internally and in our depots.
– Ensuring that all containers and site accommodation units sent out for new orders are in the correct condition, compliant and ready to impress our customers.
– Maintaining records, audit trails and systems to monitor condition of our fleet.
– Manage damage to our units including liaising with relevant customers and third parties to ensure cost recovery and repair of our fleet.
Daily Duties include:
– Overseeing administrative upkeep of our inventory and systems for depots throughout the UK.
– Liaising with those depots to get regular and accurate stock reports and condition checklists of items held in their locations.
– Liaising with transport companies around the UK in order to make bookings for deliveries and collections of Willbox containers and site accommodation.
– Keeping customers up to date with delivery information to ensure excellent customer service.
– Administration of pre-rental and post-rental checklists to accurately record condition and potential damage to Willbox fleet.
– Arranging servicing, cleaning and general maintenance of Willbox fleet post-rental in a timely manner.
– Communicating with internal teams in an efficient manner to ensure accurate and useful information is available to all.
– Physically checking stock condition and availability in our container storage yards and depots, where required, whilst maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
Required Skills:
– Well organized with a keen eye for attention to detail when working with data and figures.
– Have a proactive approach to scheduling daily workloads and have can do attitude and be customer focused at all times.
– Being flexible and dynamic in those schedules to react to internal and external customer needs.
– Comfortable occasionally entering an operational yard with active heavy plant and doing so safely and compliantly within Willbox and third party processes.
– The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
– A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and proficient IT skills are essential in order to manage Willbox processes, inventory and record keeping.
– Ability to understand complex data from multiple sources to manage the life cycle of our fleet.
