FUSELAGE TRANSPORT & CARGO HANDLING FOR ALLSEAS Global Logistics

Our growing cargo handling operation works closely with freight forwarders, and a recent project witnessed the transportation and handling of a valuable plane fuselage from Leicester, UK to a museum in the UAE.

The cargo was collected and delivered to our transport services headquarters in Millbrook, strategically located in Southampton.

Simultaneously, our team collected an empty ISO flat-rack from the docks, ready for loading the cargo. The container and cargo arrived at our base in Southampton, where the cargo was lifted onto the container using a crawler crane.

The cargo was then secured for shipping using a specialist lashing system. Our management and operations team have all been trained in best practices for securing cargo for shipping.

The cargo was then ready for shipment, and was later signed-off by the surveyor. The loaded container was then be transported to DP World at Southampton Docks, ready for shipping overseas.
