We maintain our warehouses to the highest standards. Our sites are fitted with CCTV and alarm systems to ensure the highest level of security. We manage stock and comply with all customs requirements with our electronic warehouse management system.
Order Tracking & Inventory
Here at Williams Shipping we undertake a series of warehouse procedures to ensure our warehouses are managed to the highest of standards and our customers’ needs met effectively.
Our goods inwards procedure involves goods being delivered to the warehouse and being checked against delivery notes. Delivery notes are then further passed to our teams in the office who will assign goods a barcode and record all deliveries on our Haultech system. Barcodes are then further attached and arranged in their numbered locations.
Our goods outwards procedure ensures that we can offer an efficient and quick process to our customers in despatching stored inventory. Our office team will produce picking notes on request identifying the locations of stock required by our customers. Warehouse staff will then action and ensure the goods are delivered to the relevant customer.
